Dan Sondhelm is the founder and CEO of Sondhelm Partners. The firm helps boutique asset managers, wealth managers, and other financial companies grow their business. Dan and his team provide integrated solutions that deliver measurable, lasting results.
Dan’s vision for investment firm success emerged early in his career when he guided one of his first clients to double its size from $300 million to $600 million AUM in just six months. This early success sparked his interest in supporting firms to reach their full potential.
Since 1995, he has gained insights from working with hundreds of boutiques and larger asset management firms. His C-suite strategy experience shows how successful firms operate and grow. He uses integrated marketing, public relations, sales, and partnership strategies to connect firms with the right investors.
Dan frequently contributes insights to financial news media, presents at industry conferences, and guides corporate boards. His professional affiliations include serving on the board of directors for the Global Asset Management Marketing Association (2023-present).

Dan holds a BSBA and an MBA from American University in Washington, DC, Series 63 and 7 licenses, and HubSpot Solutions Partner certification. He lives in Alexandria, VA, with his wife, Jenna, their twin children, Madeleine and Gabriel, and their cats, Rueben, Mozart, and Rupert.
