Sondhelm Partners has been named a finalist in the Firm Award – Public Relations Campaigns category for the ThinkAdvisor 2025 Luminaries Awards.
The recognition is for for two campaigns with KraneShares this year. The first promoted China’s market comeback. The second launched the KraneShares Global Humanoid and Embodied Intelligence ETF (KOID) over the summer. Both campaigns landed coverage in CNBC, Fox Business, Barron’s, WSJ, and other national outlets.
“Our team knows how to translate complex investment stories into coverage that resonates,” said Dan Sondhelm, CEO of Sondhelm Partners. “Working with partners like KraneShares who trust us to push boundaries makes campaigns like this possible.”
“This year’s finalists stand out for their leadership, innovation, and dedication to creating lasting, positive impact,” said Janet Levaux, editor-in-chief of ThinkAdvisor.
We’re up against Lyceus Group, Certified Financial Planner Board of Standards Center for Financial Planning, Gregory, and Greenrose Communications in the Public Relations Campaigns category.
ThinkAdvisor’s Luminaries Awards are in their fifth year. This year saw record participation. The awards recognize firms and individuals driving innovation in financial services. An independent panel picks the winners, who’ll be announced December 4, 2025, at the New York Hilton Midtown.

We have news to share. After being shortlisted in three categories, Sondhelm Partners took home the award for Third-Party Marketing Firm of the Year at the 2025 Hedgeweek US Awards.
This year’s competition was competitive. Over 8,000 votes poured in across all service provider categories, showing how engaged our industry community is. To come out on top in that environment is meaningful.
Our Triple Nomination Journey
Earlier this year, we shared that Sondhelm Partners had been shortlisted across three categories – something no other firm achieved:
Third-Party Marketing Firm of the Year (WINNER!) – We competed alongside Agecroft Partners, Basis Point Group, Boldwater Partners, Clearglass Capital Partners LLC, Stone Mountain Capital, and Thalēs Capital Partners LLC.
Marketing Agency of the Year – We were shortlisted with Basis Point Group, Fund Marketing Group Ltd, Mischa Communications, Inc., and Ovis Creative.
PR & Communications Firm of the Year – We joined Craft & Capital, Gasthalter & Co. LP, and Mischa Communications, Inc. in this category.
Being the only firm recognized across all three marketing categories told us something about the breadth of what we deliver for hedge fund clients. Winning in third-party marketing validates the specialized expertise we’ve built in this space.
What This Win Means
This award reflects the trust our clients place in us when they need results that go beyond traditional marketing approaches. Third-party marketing requires a different skill set – deeper industry relationships, nuanced messaging strategies, and the ability to represent fund managers authentically to institutional investors.
The 8,000+ votes cast this year show how seriously our industry takes these recognition programs. To earn this win in such a competitive field is important to our team.
Thank You
